Information you provide

Inquiry forms collect your email and any details you choose to provide, including name, phone, company, country, product requirements, application, target market and message. The contact form requires name, email and international phone. Compact sample forms require fewer details. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to respond, discuss products and samples, prepare business communications and manage the resulting business relationship. We also use technical information to operate the website, protect forms against abuse and investigate delivery or security problems. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Services involved

The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry forms send your details to FormSubmit for delivery to ray@healsunbio.com, with sales@healsunbio.com copied. Submitting a form takes you to FormSubmit, which uses reCAPTCHA to check for abuse before returning you to our Thank You page. These providers process information needed for their service, including connection information. Opening external links such as WhatsApp, email or OpenStreetMap takes you to another service with its own privacy practices.

The embedded OpenStreetMap loads only after you allow external maps. You can change that choice in Cookie settings. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website.

Storage and retention

Inquiry information is processed by FormSubmit and our business email systems. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the request and resulting relationship. The website does not keep inquiries in a public database or browser storage.

Browser storage remembers your privacy choice for up to 180 days. Session storage limits repeated inquiry prompts; it does not store your inquiry fields. See our Cookie Policy.

International processing

Healsun is based in Hangzhou, China. Website, security and email providers may process information in other countries. Consider this when deciding which information to submit. Contact us if you need further information about handling your business inquiry.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, or to contact a relevant supervisory authority. Email ray@healsunbio.com with your request. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing information. You can also use Cookie settings to withdraw permission for embedded maps.
